Format: 54 Holes of Stroke Play (Monday-Wednesday) | Top 4 teams will advance to two rounds of match play on Thursday
Opening Tee
The Kennesaw State men's golf team is set to compete in its second Conference USA Championship on April 27-30.
Play begins at 9 a.m. EST at the Texarkana Country Club on Monday morning, beginning 54 holes of stroke play. The top four teams after play concludes on Wednesday will advance to two rounds of match play on Thursday.
Following semifinal match play during the morning on Thursday, the final two teams will square off in another round of match play Thursday afternoon with the victor claiming the 2026 CUSA Men's Golf Championship title. The championship round will be broadcast on ESPN+.

KSU made it to match play in 2025 before falling to Sam Houston.

KSU Team Notes
KSU is the fourth highest rated team in the field at No. 114 nationally.
The Owls will be looking to capture their first CUSA team title.
KSU won the ASUN Conference Tournament title in 2011, 2016, 2017.
KSU has placed in the top 7 as a team in five of 10 tournaments this season.
As a team, KSU has a 285.71 scoring average, and the players have combined to play 61 rounds at par or better this season.

Hunter Gillard (14) have combined for 45 of the team's 61 rounds at par or better.
Jeff Karlsson is the only Owl in program history to have brought home an individual conference title. He won the ASUN Championship in 2011.

The winning team of the 2026 Conference USA Championship receives an automatic berth in the 2026 NCAA Men's Golf Championships Regionals on May 18-20. Other teams and individuals will have to wait and find out their regional fate during the tournament selection show on Wednesday, May 6 at 1 p.m.
