CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Shaun Cook led the KSU men's golf team to a tie for 10
th at the Tar Heel Intercollegiate at the UNC Finley Course Sunday.
KSU posted a 3-over par 283 to finish at 16-over par 856.
Cook carded a 3-under par 67 with four birdies and 13 pars. He finished tied for eighth at 4-under par 206. His par 5 scoring average of 4.33 was tied for sixth in the field. He also collected wins over seven players ranked in the top 150 in the scoreboard rankings this week.
Hunter Gillard recorded a 1-under 69 and tied for 38th at 4-over 214. He played his final seven holes of the tournament at 3-under par. He moved up 19 places on Sunday.
Kyle Bachkosky carded a 4-over par 74 and tied for 53
rd at 7-over par 217.
Walker Gantt (73) tied for 66
th at 10-over par 220.
Josh Ledford (74) finished tied for 71
st.

KSU heads to Texarkana, Arkansas for the Conference USA Championships on April 21-23.
