ATHENS, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's golf wrapped up Round 3 of the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic, placing 13
th overall on Monday.
The Owls posted a 21-over par on Monday to finish 45-over par (909) at the University of Georgia Golf Course.
KSU's two individuals competing at the Georgia State Invitational also teed off for their first 36 holes on Monday as well.
Scoreboard
Nyah Kelly finished as the team leader, shooting 4-over on Monday to finish 8-over par for the tournament and in 21
st place.
Right behind her was
Alessandra Nagayo, who carded a 5-over par 77 in Round 3 to finish 9-over for the weekend and in 29
th place.
Jackie Jang also shot 5-over for the day, finishing 13-over for the tournament and in 50
th place.
Rounding out the Owls performances was
Sabrina Kim (71
st), who recorded a 7-over par 79 to finish 23-over for the tournament, and
Ariana Silva (74
th), who shot 17-over on Monday to finish 17-over.
Competing as an individual in Athens was
Natasha Korman (82
nd), who carded a 5-over par 77 and finished 31-over for the tournament.
Elsewhere in the state,
Ladina Luder and
Hannah Cheryl Alan competed as individuals at the Georgia State Invitational.
Luder led the way with a 1-over par 73 and a 9-over par 81 to sit 10-over after Day 1 and tied for 48
th, individually. Alan (85
th) finished the day 39-over par.
Tee Times:
Luder and Alan will tee off the final round of the GSU Invitational in an 8:30 a.m. shotgun on Tuesday, March 31. Kennesaw State women's golf will next return to the course as a team at the Conference USA Championship on April 20-22 in Frisco, Texas as the Stonebriar Country Club.
