With Saturday's shutout of the Midshipmen, KSU extended its recent momentum to five consecutive matches won; its second such streak this season. At 14-4 with just three matches remaining in the regular season, the Owls have tied their 2023 and 2024 win totals for the second-most in director of tennis Matt Emery's tenure. Only the 2022 squad recorded more, with 15.

KSU made quick work of the doubles point with a 21-minute duration across the three matches.

Dominic Ducariu and Anthony Weingarten took court two in just 19 minutes with a 6-1 defeat of Navy's Tommy Kim and Ethan Garcia. Kyvan Rietkerk and Leon Peranovic overcame Lachlan Buckingham and Jake Young 6-2 on court one. Xavi Ferrer and Ben Hudson completed the Owl sweep of doubles with a 6-3 court-three win over Midshipmen Steve Nguyen and Zachary Quattro.

Erik Vladimirov, Nathan Walters and Ferrer secured the match for KSU with three straight-set wins in singles.

Vladimirov advanced to 4-0 on the season with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Quattro on six. Walters extended his singles win streak to eight matches as he defeated Buckingham 6-2, 6-2 on court four. Ferrer's seventh consecutive singles win came in a 6-3, 6-4 decision over Garcia on five.
