INDIANAPOLIS – Kennesaw State Director of Track and Field has been named the throws coach for USA Track and Field at the World Indoor Championships in Kujawy Pomorze, Poland.
McDaniel will coach the shot put group for USA Track and Field on March 20-22. The weight throw is not contested at the World Championships.
McDaniel is in eighth season at KSU. During his tenure, KSU has won two individual national championships, nine conference championships and won 455 medals and 135 gold medals. All four of the cross country and track and field programs have recorded their best semesters in the classroom in the McDaniel era.
