DALLAS — Kennesaw State sprinter
Chance Cross has been named the Conference USA Co-Men's Track Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Cross finished second in a personal-best time of 6.59 seconds at the Lenny Lyles Invitational. That time is tie for first in CUSA and 11th in the NCAA this season.
He finished fourth in the 200m in a time of 21.22. seconds. That time ranks third in KSU program history.

Kennesaw State will be off next weekend before returning to action Feb. 13–14 at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C., and the Music City Challenge in Nashville.
