DALLAS – An early barrage from Dallas Baptist (35-13, 19-5 CUSA) neutralized Kennesaw State (25-25, 14-9 CUSA) as the Owls dropped game three 11-0 Sunday afternoon in the Lone Star State.
How It Happened
The Patriots took control early with an eight-run inning in the second frame.
DBU continued to compound runs, scoring a trio in the bottom of the sixth inning. Boasting an 11-run lead, they held down the Owls' offense for back-to-back run rule victories.
Sunday's final score was 11-0 in favor of the hometown Patriots.
