ATLANTA, Ga. – Members of the Kennesaw State track and field teams competed at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on Friday to open the outdoor season.
 
Event Wins

• London White ran a time of 13.87 seconds to win the 100m hurdles.
• Simon Seid cleared the bar at 5.13m (16'10) to secure the win in the pole vault.
• Natalie Cummings ran 4:20.42 to win the 1500m.
• Madison Seiler posted a time of 16:43.31 to win the 5K.

 
Men's Top Performances

• Jace Hunter finished third in the hammer throw with a toss of 61.65m (202.3").
• Evan Martinez landed a toss of 16.41m (53'10.25") to take sixth in the shot put.
• Aidan Boyd landed a toss 61.96m (203'3") to finish third in the javelin.
• AJ Johnson finished second in the pole vault with a leap of 4.93m (16'2").
• Jeremiah Sims finished third in the 110m hurdles in a time of 13.74 seconds.

 
Women's Top Performances

• Kali Terza placed second in the hammer throw with a toss of 63.45m (208'2").
• Akerah Jones (14.28), Hannah Cheek (14.34), Alina Harris (14.38) and Madison Maxey (14.50) placed third through seventh in the 110m hurdles.
• Salima Jabbie (11.89) and Kenadie Singleton (11.91) took home third and fourth in the 100m.
