BOCA RATON, Fla. – Nyah Kelly (Even) and
Sabrina Kim (1-over) led Kennesaw State women's golf in the first 36 holes at the Florida Atlantic University Invitational on Monday.
The Owls posted a 15-over par score of 298-293 over the first two rounds at the Osprey Point Golf Club.
Scorecard
Kelly led the pack, turning in back-to-back even-par 72 scores to sit in 21
st place in the tournament overall.
After a 1-over 73 in the first round, Kim battled back to improve by one stroke for an even-par second round to finish 1-over for the day to also place in the top 30 at No. 28 after 36 holes.
Alessandra Nagayo battled in the first two rounds, turning in a 2-over par 74 in the first round before a 1-over par 73 round two to finish 3-over.
Rounding out the Owls performances was
Jackie Jang (70
th) and
Hannah Cheryl Alan (75
th), finishing the first day 11-over par and 14-over par, respectively, on Monday.
Tee Time
Kennesaw State will tee off the final round on Tuesday, Feb. 4 beginning at 8 a.m. ET.
