ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – The Kennesaw State men's golf team is tied for fifth place after 36 holes of the Sea Best Invitational at Atlantic Beach Country Club Monday.
KSU carded rounds of 292- 279 for a 3-over par total of 571 on the par-71 course.
Claes Borregaard (71-72),
Shaun Cook (74-69),
Luca Gallingani (75-68) and Josua Todd (72-71) are all tied for 26
th at 1-over par 143.
Gallingani (68) and Cook (69) had KSU's two lowest rounds of the day. They combined to make 11 birdies during round two.
Hunter Gillard is tied for 43
rd at 4-over par 146 after rounds of 74-72.
Individually,
Reed Sweigart (75-78) is 67
th at 11-over par.
KSU has made 28 birdies and 126 pars as a team through 36 holes.
The owls will play the final round of the Sea Best Invitational on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
