KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State (3-8) fell in a hard-fought 3-2 battle against Georgia State during midweek action, despite two solo home runs from Ana Gore. The Owls led for most of the game, but a late rally by the Panthers sealed the loss.
How It Happened
Gore put KSU on the board early, blasting a solo home run in the second inning to give the Owls a 1-0 lead. She struck again in the fourth, sending another solo shot over the fence to extend the lead to 2-0.
