DALLAS — Kennesaw State thrower
Kali Terza has been named the Conference USA Women's Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Terza recorded a mark of 21.71 meters (71 feet, 2.75 inches) to win the weight throw at the Clemson Opener, breaking her own school record by nearly four feet. Her series included three throws over 21 meters. She opened the meet with a throw of 21.48 meters (70-5.75), the second-longest of her career.
