KENNESAW, Ga - The Kennesaw State women's tennis team is set to travel to Statesboro, Ga. to compete in the Georgia Southern Fall Shootout this weekend. The team is coming off a strong appearance in the Mercer Gridiron Classic and looks to progress overall in tournament victories. Match play is set to begin Friday and conclude on Sunday.

Izabelle Persson,
Che Nel,
Maria Ivankovic,
Irene Serrano are scheduled to play in singles and dounles.
Tournament Format/ Match Schedule
Doubles will begin first each morning at 9 a.m. and will be followed by singles play. Format/singles: Compass draws for singles (16). Format/Doubles: Compass draws using NCAA D1 rules - one 6-game set, no-ad scoring.
Ins and Outs of Fall Season
Fall tennis consists of individual tournaments, while the team matches occur only in the spring. The Owls will compete in several individual tournaments this fall, including the Mercer Gridiron Classic, Georgia Southern Fall Shootout, ITA Southeast Regional, and Wofford Invite
