DALLAS - Guard
Keyarah Berry was named to the 2025 Preseason All-Conference USA Team Thursday ahead of her fourth season with Kennesaw State women's basketball.
The award is the first CUSA preseason honor in program history, adding to the Rockmart, Ga. native's ledger. Berry was also the first Conference USA Player of the Week in program history, earning the accolade last November.
She looks to add to an
impressive career with the Black and Gold including a breakout 2024-25 campaign where she started off with three-straight 20-point games and finished the year averaging 12.0 PPG and 5.7 RPG. She shot 45.4% from the floor, adding to a 43.0% career shooting average in an Owl uniform.
Berry is the first Owl to acquire a preseason conference honor since Amani Johnson prior to 2022-23.Â
2025-26 marks Kennesaw State's second season as a member of Conference USA after picking up seven league wins and a first-round conference tournament victory over UTEP last season.
Berry and the Owls tip off the 2025-26 campaign on Tuesday, Nov. 4 against Shorter University inside VyStar Arena. Both single-game and season tickets are on sale now, click here to secure your seat today.
