KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State men's golfer Shaun Cook was named Conference USA Co-Golfer of the Week on Wednesday.
Cook fired rounds of 69-73-69 for a 2-under par total of 211 and win the individual title at The Scrappy at Cobblestone.
Over the three rounds, Cook tallied 36 pars and 10 birdies in the event. He played to a 3.07 scoring average on par 3's, 4.07 on par 4's and 4.58 on par 5's. His performance helped lead the team to a victory by 13 shots. This is his second weekly honor from the league this season.
He shares the weekly honor with Stanley Campbell of Jacksonville State.
Kennesaw State heads to Loxley, Ala. for the Steelwood Collegiate on Oct. 25-26.
