DELAND, Fla. - The Kennesaw State women's tennis team fell 4-3 to Stetson on Friday at the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.
The Hatters won four singles matches to secure the win.Â
KSU (0-1) secured the doubles point with wins on courts one and three.
Laura Nadaska and
Che Nel were first to get on the board with a 6-2 win on court three.
Ema Baraniakova and
Sofia Madrid clinched the point with a 6-3 win.
Terezia Baraniakova extened the KSU lead to 2-0 with a quick 6-4, 6-2 win over Elicia Kim. The Hatters then won back-to-back matches to tie it at 2.
Sofia Madrid needed three sets but defeated Katsiaryna Tuliakova 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 on court two. The Hatters would win on the final two courts to clinch the victory.Â
