KENNESAW, Ga. – Emma Sullivan was named Conference USA Women's Track Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Vanderbilt Invitational, the conference announced Wednesday.
Sullivan finished second in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a time of 2:07.14. That time ranks top in Conference USA and 11
th in the NCAA this season. She also ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that finished sixth in a time of 3:46.34.
This is her first Conference USA honor.
The Owls will travel to Omaha, Nebraska for the Mark Colligan Memorial on Saturday, Jan. 25.
