LEXINGTON, Ky. – Six members of the Kennesaw State men's track and field team competed Wednesday in the NCAA East First Rounds at the Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field Complex.
 
Results

• Kaelen Mitchell finished 26th in the long jump with a leap of 7.27m (23'10.25").
• Caleb Hartley landed a toss of 17.44m (57'2.75) to secure 37th in shot put.
• Zachary Peterson finished 38th in the hammer throw with a mark of 58.03m (190'4).
• Malik Hussie ran a time of 48.89 seconds to finish 41st in the 400m.
• Ahmed Magour finished 46th in the javelin with a mark of 55.19m (181'1).

Kaylee Clark will compete in the women's javelin at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 23. Anthony Harrison (discus) and Justin Campbell (triple jump) will compete on Friday, May 24^th.
