Men's Qualifiers | Women's Qualifiers| NCAA East Preliminary Meet Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga. – Entry listings for first rounds of the men's and women's NCAA Outdoor Championships were released Thursday afternoon. The Kennesaw State track and field program has nine athletes qualified for next week's (May 22-25) East First Round meet at the University of Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field Facility in Lexington, Ky.

KSU will send eight men and one woman to the NCAA East First Rounds. The men's events are scheduled for May 22 and May 24 while the women's events will be contested on May 23 and May 25.

Athletes with the top-12 times/marks and the best 12 relay teams at both the East and West First Rounds will advance for the semifinals/finals of the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore. June 5-8. There is no decathlon or heptathlon competition at this part of the NCAA Championships. The top-24 decathlon and heptathlon marks in the nation earn an automatic berth to the finals of the NCAA Championships.
