Louisville, Ky. - The Kennesaw State women's tennis team finished their last road match of the season against Bellarmine on Sunday afternoon. The Owls dominated the Knights from start to finish securing a 7-0 victory.
How It Happened
To collect the doubles match point,
Taylor Dean and Ema Barianakova defeated Marika Caruk and Yeva Kramarova 6-4, while
Sofia Madrid and
Izabelle Persson defeated Erica Hagi and Lillie Willis 6-2.
The Owls soared in singles competition obtaining six single match points to walk away with the 7-0 sweep.
Sophia Unger secured the second point defeating Lillie Willis 6-1, 6-1.
Sofia Madrid followed shortly behind, downing Yeva Kramarova 6-0, 6-3.
Izabelle Persson locked in the fourth point defeating Liann Grosso 6-2, 6-2.
Taylor Dean topped Marika Caruk 6-0, 6-4, while Ema Barianakova commanded Erica Hagi 6-3, 6-1.
Laura Nadaska collected the seventh point due to a walk-over
