KENNESAW, Ga. – Raul Garcia was named Atlantic Sun Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.
 
Garcia led the Owls to wins at No. 68 Stetson (4-3) and FGCU (6-1) last week.
 
In the win over No. 68 Stetson, Garcia won his doubles and singles matches on court one. He and Harvey Conway downed Marc Saura and Juan Jose Rodriguez Garceran 6-4. He then beat Lucas Olivier 6-0, 6-1 in singles action.
 
Garcia would defeat Hugo Magnusson 6-1, 6-4 of FGCU on court one in singles action on Saturday evening.
 
The No. 73 Owls will travel to Clarksville, TN. to face Austin Peay on Friday, Apr. 5 at 3 p.m. EST.
