Final Results
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Kennesaw State track and field teams finished the regular season at the UNF East Coast Relays at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium on Saturday.
Men's Top Performances
- Malik Hussie ran a season-best time of 46.60 seconds to take seventh in the 400m.
- Mohamed Diaby ran a time of 14.43 seconds to finish 14th in the 110m hurdles.
- Anthony Harrison landed a toss of 56.03m (183'11") to secure third in the discus throw.
- Quann Shears (60.92m | 199'10"), Aidan Boyd (60.75m | 199'03"), Reece Burton (60.37m | 198'00") finished second, third and fourth in the javelin.
- Tyriq Hussie ran a time of 10.61 seconds to finish 41st overall but third amongst collegiates in the 100m.
- Justin Campbell landed a leap of 15.14m (49'8.25") to finish fourth in the triple jump.
Women's Top Performances
- Britney Chatfield ran a personal-best time of 2:08.39 to finish fourth in the 800m
- Laysha Tunti spent a personal-best time of 14.51 seconds to finish 21st.
- Kaylee Clark landed a toss of 46.31m (151'11") to finish fifth in the javelin.
- Maya Steines landed a throw of 42.71m (140'01") to finish 10th in the discus.

"Both the Men's and women's teams did a solid job this weekend competing and tuning up for the conference championships. We have a week off to recover and get ready for another championship run. We have a great group of athletes here. I am excited to see how great they can be in Arkansas in two weeks. Big thank you to my staff and our awesome trainer for getting us through another solid regular season."
