MATCH PREVIEW
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team prepares to play its final matches before the ASUN Men's Tennis Championship begins. The Owls will match up against Queens (Friday) and Eastern Kentucky (Sunday).
SCOUTING QUEENS
The Lions overall record sits at 11-9 with a 3-4 record in the ASUN Conference. In their most recent match, Queens fell to Stetson 4-3.
Friday's match will be the 2nd meeting between the two teams. Kennesaw State claimed a 5-0 victory in their last match.
SCOUTING EASTERN KENTUCKY
The Colonels are currently 20-6 and 5-2 in the ASUN Conference. The last time out, Eastern Kentucky edged out FGCU to take a 4-3 victory.
This will be the fourth meeting for the two programs, with the Owls leading the all-time series 2-1. In their last match, the Owls secured a 7-0 victory over the Colonels.
LAST TIME OUT (vs. BELLARMINE)
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team extended their winning streak to five games, beating Bellarmine 6-1.
The Knights' lone point came from a three-set victory by Vineet Ramesh.
The Owls dominated in this match, with
Harvey Conway shining the brightest in a 6-0, 6-0 win over Kyle Tang.
NEXT UP
With only one victory across the next two matches, the Owls will be able to secure their place in the ASUN Men's Tennis Championship.
