SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – The Kennesaw State men's tennis team picked up a 5-2 victory over Incarnate Word on Saturday.

Matt Emery said. "Our leadership was very strong today. Raul and Harvey did great setting the tone with wins on the first two courts.
The Owls picked up the doubles point and four singles victories to secure the win.
KSU picked up a 6-4 win on court two and a 7-6 (7-5) victory on court three to secure the doubles point.
After winning doubles, the Owls dropped two singles matches on courts three and six.
Harvey Conway won 6-0, 7-6 on court two to tie the match.
Hugo Salmeron collected a 6-4, 6-3 win on court five to give the Owls the 3-2 lead.
Raul Garcia clinched the victory with a 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) win on court one.
Sam Baldwin needed three sets to secure the Owls fifth point of the match with a 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 win on court four.
KSU closes out its trio of matches in Texas on Sunday, March 10 at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. First serve is set for Noon ET.
