MONROE, La. – The regular season will come to a close with the ULM Invitational sitting in front of the Owls Monday in Monroe, La.
 
It will be the first time Kennesaw State has eve played in Louisiana. They were originally slated to play in Baton Rouge for the 2021 NCAA Regional but it was postponed.
 
The Owls are fresh off a fourth-place finish in the Pinetree women's Collegiate presented by Henssler. It was a tight team field with Lara Jecnik leading the squad with a 151 total. Right behind her was Bella Kil and Alessandra Nagayo with both securing 152 scores through 36 holes. Jecnik penciled in at ninth with Nagayo and Kil tied for 10^th. It's the most top 10 individual finishes the Owls have garnered in a single invitational this year. They fought through harsh conditions on day one and could not complete day two due to weather.
 
Bella Kil continues to cement her legacy as an Owl as she is tied for the career program lead with 14 top 10 finishes. With four this year, Jecnik has jumped seven spots in the career top 10 finishes category. She sits tied with Kaew Preamchuen with 10 at fourth all-time.
 
Through eight tournaments, KSU has averaged a top five finish.
 
After the ULM Invitational, The Owls will venture to Owens Cross Roads, Ala. for the 2024 ASUN Championship April 14-16.

Next Tee Time:
Monday's round will start at 9:30 a.m. ET with a shotgun start. Day one will include the first and second round for 36 holes played. Tuesday's round will also be an 9:30 a.m. ET shotgun start.
