Opening Tee
KENNESAW, Ga. – After 36 holes played, The Owls stand in fourth place after two rounds played in the Pinetree Women's Intercollegiate presented by Henssler Monday.
The team fought harsh conditions with howling winds throughout the day and posted a 41-over 617.
Scoreboard
Leading the Owls after the first day is Lara Jecnik as she finished with the best round of the day at one-over 73 on round two. Her score is tied for ninth in the individual field.
Right behind her is
Bella Kil and
Alessandra Nagayo as they ended with an eight-over 152 total score. Both are tied for 11
th in the 59-player field. Kil ended with a 73 round two score and Nagayo finalized a two over 74 round one.
Caitlyn Campbell-Nyman scored an 81 in both rounds for a 162 tally.
Shortly behind her was
Nyah Kelly with a 164 two round score.
Competing as an individual,
Sabrina Kim completed the day with a 167, top 50 individually.
Tee Time
The Owls will get back on the horse at 9 a.m. tomorrow with a shotgun start.
