KENNESAW, Ga. – Five members of the Kennesaw State men's track and field team and two members of the women's track and field team earned spots on the ASUN  Indoor All-Academic Teams that were announced by the conference on Tuesday.
 
Devin Barnett

• 3.60 GPA | Finance
• Completed two heptathlons finishing sixth at Samford Multi and second at ASUN Championship.
• At the ASUN Championship, Barnett posted personal-best performances in the 60m, pole vault, high jump, long jump, 1K and heptathlon points.

 
Grant Crabtree

• 3.86 GPA | Mechanical Engineering
• Competed in five meets.
• Posted indoor personal-best performances in the 3k, mile and 5k.
• Placed 14^th in the 3k (15;16.82) and was on the KSU DMR team that broke the school record in a time of 10:01.53 at the ASUN Indoor Championships.

 
Caleb Hartley

• 3.84 GPA | Construction Management
• Competed in five meets in shot put and weight throw.
• Never finished worse than ninth in shot put or weight throw.
• Won the shot put with a toss of 17.50m (57'5") and took home sixth in the weight throw with a personal-best toss of 18.11m (59'5") at the ASUN Indoor Championships.
• Finished the season with the top shot put mark in the ASUN of 17.51m (59'5.5") at the South Carolina Invitational.

 
Malik Hussie

• 3.77 | Sport Management
• Competed in four meets.
• Established new school records in the 300m (34.98), 400m (47.66), 600m (1:19.91) this season.
• Won the 200m (21.53), 4x400m relay (3:14.05), and was third in the 400m (47.66) at ASUN Indoor Championships.

 
Tyriq Hussie

• 3.69 | Sport Management
• Competed in four meets.
• Won the 4x400m relay (3;14.05), sixth in the 60m (6.92) and tenth in the 200m (22.05) at the ASUN Indoor Championships.

WOMEN
Kali Terza

• 3.62 GPA | Criminal Justice
• Competed in the weight throw in five meets.
• Did not finish worse than fourth in the weight throw.
• Won the wight throw at the South Carolina Invitational.
• Won the weight throw at the ASUN Indoor Championships with a personal-best mark of 20.59m (67'6.75"). That mark set a new school, conference championship and facility record. It also ranked No. 40 in the NCAA this season.
• Took home ninth in the shot put with a toss of 12.61m (41'4.5") in the shot put at the ASUN Championships.

 
Chloe Tilton

• 4.0 GPA | Certificate in Information Technology Foundations
• Competed in five meets in pole vault.
• Did not place lower than 10^th in four of those meets.
• Finished third in the pole vault with a season-best clearance of 3.62m (11'10.5") at the ASUN Indoor Championships.

 
The Owls will open the outdoor season on March 22-23 at the Don McGarey Invitational.
