Owls Announce 2024-25 Track and Field Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga. –
 Director of Track and Field Cale McDaniel announced the 2025 schedule for the Kennesaw State track and field teams on Wednesday.
 
"This is an exciting and challenging slate of meets for our program," McDaniel said.  "We are always looking to put our program in the best position to compete for championships and be represented at the national level. We are all excited to get this year started in 15 days at Clemson." 

The Owls will host the Don McGarey Invitational (Mar. 28-29).
 
KSU will begin the indoor season at the Clemson Opener (Dec. 6). The Owls then head to Nashville for the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 17-18).  

Kennesaw State will participate in three meets on the weekend of February 14-15. The Owls will be competing at the Tiger Paw at Clemson, Music City Challenge at Vanderbilt and the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University.   

The USATF Indoor Championships will take place on Feb. 22-23 in Staten Island, New York.  

The Conference USA Championships (Feb. 28 - Mar. 1) will be held in Lynchburg, Va., while the NCAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 14-15) will be held in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
 
The outdoor season begins with the Owls heading to Atlanta for the Yellow Jacket Invitational at Georgia Tech (Mar. 21-22). Kennesaw State hosts the Don McGarey Invitational (Mar. 28-29).

KSU will head to the Crismon Tide Invitational (Apr. 11-12) The Owls will make the drive south on I-75 to Atlanta for the Georgia Tech Invitational (Apr. 18-19).
The Owls will compete at the LSU Alumni Gold meet on April 24 and at Penn Relays on April 24-26.
 
The outdoor regular season concludes at the East Coast Relays (May 2-3).
 
The Conference USA Outdoor Championships (May 16-18) will take place in Murfreesboro, Tenn. at Middle Tennessee State University.  The NCAA Championships East Regionals are scheduled for May 28-31 at the University of North Florida. The University of Oregon will host the NCAA Championships (June 11-14). 
 
The USATF Outdoor Championships will take place on July 31- Aug. 3 in Eugene, Oregon.
