DALLAS - Keyarah Berry was tabbed as Conference USA Player of the Week after posting back-to-back 24-point games, the league office announced Monday afternoon.

Berry notched 48 points, 16 rebounds, 12-for-15 from the free throw line and 43.2% from the floor this week - helping the Owls to a 50-point rout of Erskine, 94-44, Saturday evening.

The senior from Rockmart, Ga. delivered 24 points for the Owls on 38.9% shooting Thursday at Belmont, adding eight rebounds and 8-for-10 from the free throw line to her total. Against the Flying Fleet, she had another 24 points on 47.4% shooting with eight more rebounds. Saturday's contest was her first start of the 2024-25 season.

Berry is averaging 22.7 points per game this season, 19.8 in her last four games played and 16.9 in her last eight, dating back to 2023-24. She has dropped at least 20 points in every game this season. This marks the first honor of her Kennesaw State career.

The award marks the first Conference USA honor for Kennesaw State women's basketball in the program's first season of competition in the league.

It is the Owls' 23rd Division I conference player of the week honor and 59th Division I conference weekly honor. It's the ninth weekly honor for KSU under head coach Octavia Blue.

Kennesaw State returns to the court Thursday, Nov. 21 to start a five-game road trek at San Jose State. Tip-off is set for 8:00 p.m. ET.
