KSU Set to Begin Fall Season at Western Carolina Hidden Duel

KENNESAW, Ga. - The Kennesaw State women's tennis team begins their fall schedule this weekend at the Western Carolina Hidden Dual tournament. Matches are set to start Saturday, Sep. 16th and conclude Sunday, Sep. 17th.
 
Ema Baraniakova, Terezia Baraniakova, Laura Nadaska, and Ivana Gresova will be playing in their first matches of the season as KSU Owls. Returners Amulika Gottiparthy and Izabelle Persson are also scheduled to play in the set matches this weekend.
 
Ins and Outs of Fall Season
Fall tennis consists of individual tournaments, while the team matches occur only in the spring. The Owls will compete in several individual tournaments this fall, including the ITA Women's All-American Champions, Mercer Gridiron Classic, ITA Regional, Charleston Southern Hidden Dual, and Stetson Hidden Dual.

Tournament Format
WCU Hidden Dual tournament format features two singles matches and doubles competition against the opposing teams.

The Owls are back on the court at the ITA Southeast Championships in Cary, NC. on Sep. 30-Oct.7.
