KENNESAW, Ga. –
Simon Seid was named ASUN Men's Freshman Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.
Seid won the pole vault at the Bobcat Invitational with a mark of 5.13m (16'10"). That mark ranks first in the ASUN and ranks tied for 16th in the NCAA East Region. His mark ranks 10th in program history.
Seid and the Owls will be back in action April 7-8 hosting the Kennesaw State Invitational.
