KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State and several student-athletes helped celebrate Walton Communities' fourth annual Walton Day for a great day of fun, faith and fellowship. The FCA at Kennesaw State hosted over 150 kids from Walton Communities.
Kennesaw State FCA and KSU Athletics spent the day giving back to our community by teaching sports clinics to kids from Walton Communities through Mission 1:27.

The KSU FCA partnered with Influencers Church (FutureChurch) and NorthStar Church to provide the location and lunch.

Several coaches and student-athletes made appearances at the annual event, including head volleyball coach Keith Schunzel.

"Thanks to Luke Wood, Sterling Brown and all the other volunteers for making another successful Walton Day possible," said Schunzel. "Interacting with the community and sharing our time and love connecting with local kids is such an important piece to having the platform that we do, as well as one of the most rewarding things about being in college athletics. It was truly a pleasure and an honor sharing so many smiles, high fives and lots of laughter while exposing those amazing kids to some new sports and a great time."

925 Athletic Ministries and the FCA worked together to deepen the impact at KSU and our community.
