ATLANTA - Kennesaw State baseball's schedule for its final season as a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference was unveiled by the league office Tuesday afternoon.
A trip to Florence, Ala. begins the slate Mar. 15-17 against the North Alabama Lions. The young series has favored KSU thus far at 6-3.
Stillwell Stadium plays host to FGCU the following weekend on Mar. 22-24 and to Austin Peay on Mar. 28-30.
The Black and Gold return to the road to meet Stetson in DeLand, Fla. on Apr. 5-7. KSU leads the all time series, 27-24, over the Hatters.
The Owls then return home to face Central Arkansas Apr. 12-14 in the first-ever meetings between the two programs.
Back-to-back road weekends follow the battle with the Bears against Queens (Apr. 19-21) and Bellarmine (Apr. 26-28). The Owls and Royals met for the first time last season with KSU taking the series, 2-1, while Kennesaw State holds a 6-0 series lead over BU.
KSU welcomes North Florida May 3-5 then returns to Jacksonville, Fla. to face the Jacksonville Dolphins May 10-12. The Owls have won 33 games over the Ospreys in program history, good for a 33-18 lead in the matchup's history.
KSU holds a 29-20 series advantage over JU having won each of the last four.
Kennesaw State's final ASUN regular season conference series features a home set against Lipscomb May 16-18 inside Stillwell Stadium. The Owls and Bisons are tied all-time at 27 wins apiece.
The 2024 Atlantic Sun Baseball Championship begins May 21 in DeLand, Fla.
Under head coach Ryan Coe, KSU baseball is 33-27 against ASUN competition including capturing the 2022 Atlantic Sun Championship en route to the NCAA Division I Hattiesburg Regional. Coe's Owls are 17-13 against conference foes inside the friendly confines of Stillwell Stadium (since 2022).
The Owls are set to join Conference USA effective July 1, 2024.
