KENNESAW, Ga - The Kennesaw State men's and women's tennis teams will head to Jacksonville, Ala. for a pair of exhibition matches with Jacksonville State. The first matches will begin at 11 a.m. (ET) with a second round set for the afternoon.

The KSU men's and women's tennis squads were scheduled to take part in the Mercer Fall Classic in Macon, Ga., this weekend, but the likelihood of severe weather in middle Georgia caused by Hurricane Ian forced a postponement to the event.

The KSU women will be making their fall debuts on Friday. The women are coming off a 14-7 season last spring. The Owls return five players off last year's roster.

The Owls' men opened the fall at the UCF Fall Sizzler in Orlando earlier this month.

Following this weekend, the KSU women will head to Statesboro, Ga. for the Georgia Southern Invitational on October 7-9 while the men will head to ITA Southeast Regionals on October 20-24.
