2022-23 Schedule
KENNESAW, Ga. - Kennesaw State women's golf head coach Erin Thorne revealed the Owls' 2022-23 schedule Tuesday.
"I'm excited about adding a few new tournaments to the schedule that help us travel and see different teams across the country," Thorne said. "To wrap up the regular season at our home event is going to be special and prepare us well for postseason play."
The 2022 ASUN runner-up launches the fall season on the road at State College, Pa., on Sept. 17-18 for the Nittany Lion Invitational at Penn State.
The Owls' second tournament tees off eight days later at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic from Sept. 26-28 in Wolcott, Colo.
The schedule rolls on starting on Oct. 17-19 at The Southern hosted by Georgia Southern in Savannah, Ga.
KSU wraps up the fall schedule on Oct. 24-25 in Bowling Green, Ky. at the Olde Stone Intercollegiate.
The spring schedule commences on Feb. 6-7 at Boca Raton, Fla. in the FAU Paradise Invitational hosted by Florida Atlantic University.
The team travels to Rio Verde, Ariz. for the Rio Verde Invite on Feb. 24-26 hosted by Western Michigan. The Owls won the event a season ago with Caitlyn Campbell-Nyman picking up her first career victory.
Kennesaw State heads to the Sunshine State for a pair of tournaments in March. The UNF Collegiate gets the fun started on Mar. 6-7 in Jacksonville, Fla. The second Florida event marks the final road tournament of the season in the form of the Bab Steffens Invitational hosted by Stetson starting on Mar. 27-28.
The Owls wrap up the spring season at home on April 3-4 at the Pinetree Women's Intercollegiate presented by Henssler Financial at the Pinetree Country Club. The team clinched a victory at this tournament in the 2021-22 season, led by Bella Kil's first career victory.
The ASUN Championship is booked for April 16-18 at Hampton Cove in Huntsville, Ala. KSU finished second in the event in 2022 after winning three consecutive conference titles.
Georgia, Florida Atlantic, NC State, Indiana, UTSA and Washington State will be this season's NCAA Regionals hosts, on May 9-11.
Arizona State hosts the NCAA Championship at Greyhawk Golf Club on May 20-25 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
