KENNESAW, Ga. – Lucas Mota was named a Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Thursday.
" The All-America Scholar award is recognition for upperclassmen and their body of work in the classroom as much as on the course," head coach
Bryant Odom said. "Lucas is the epitome of what we look for in student-athletes to represent KSU. I am proud of Lucas' focus and continued dedication in academics and his golf game."
To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I.
