Final Results
FRANKLIN, Tenn. –The Kennesaw State men's golf team finished play at the Mason Rudolph Invitational at the Vanderbilt Legends Course on Sunday.
"We got off to a pretty tough start today in cold breezy conditions but improved on the back nine." head coach
Bryant Odom said. "I'm proud of the fight until the end and plenty of positives to build on for the next event."
KSU carded a 17-over par 301 and finished 14
th at 30-over par 882.
Brock Healy was the Owls top finisher in the event. Healy carded a 2-over par 73 and finished tied for 45
th at 4-over par 217. The senior finished the three-day tournament with 34 pars and nine birdies.
Luke Phillips closed with an eagle and shot a 1-over par 72 on Sunday. He finished tied for 51
st at 6-over par 219.
Lucas Mota (79) and
Justin Kim (77) finished tied for 61
st and 74
th respectively. Mota finished at 9-over par 222 while Kim collected a 12-over par total of 225.
Joseph Byrne (235) took home 87
th.
Next Up
KSU will travel to Spartanburg. S.C. to compete in the Wofford Invitational on Apr. 11-12.
