KENNESAW, Ga. –
Sarah Hendrick was named ASUN Women's Track Athlete of the Week, the conference announced on Wednesday.
Hendrick won the invitational 800m at the Tennessee Relays with a time of 2:04.83. The time ranks tops in the ASUN by 4.01 seconds, seventh in the NCAA East Region and 10th in the NCAA this season. She beat runners from Ohio State, Clemson, Virginia and Indiana in the event. This is her fourth career ASUN Women's Track Athlete of the Week award.
The Owls host the Kennesaw State Invitational on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at the KSU Outdoor Track and Field Complex.
