EATONON, Ga. – The Kennesaw State men's golf team continued play at the Linger Longer Invitational at Great Waters Golf Club at Reynolds Lake Oconee on Monday.
"I was proud of our fight today," head coach
Bryant Odom said. "Brady was able to play today which was great. We posted a team score that was better than five other schools on a tough course with an incredible field. I am looking forward to seeing us carry this momentum into tomorrow and improving even more."
The Owls carded a 10-over par 298 for a 36-hole total score of 36-over par 612 to sit in 15
th place.
Brock Healy carded the Owls low round of the day with a 1-under 71. Healy made five birdies and nine pars in his second round. He is tied for 31
st at 2-over par 146.
Luke Phillips and
Justin Kim are tied for 58th at 6-over par 152. Kim carded a 1-over 73 while Phillips posted a 4-over 76 in round two.
Lucas Mota (162) is in 87th place.
Brady Keran carded a 7-over 79 in his season debut. He is in 89
th place.
The Owls are set to tee off in the final round of the Linger Longer Invitational at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22.
