CLEMSON, S.C. – The Kennesaw State men's and women's track and field teams resumed the 2022 indoor season at the Clemson Invitational on Friday.
 
School Records

• Sarah Hendrick picked up where she left off last season winning the 600m in a time of 1:28.49.
• Cameron Paulk ran 1:22.41 to finish 11^th in the 600m and establish a new school record on the men's side.

 
   Men's Top Performances

• Tyler Blalock finished third amongst collegiates in the weight throw with a mark of 17.79m (58'4.50").
• Zachary Peterson recorded a mark of 17.48m (57'4.25") and grabbed fourth among collegiates in the weight throw.
• Lamar Gordon landed a toss of 16.88m (55'4.75"), Anthony Harrison posted a mark of 16.76m (55'0") and Caleb Hartley had a mark of 16.38m (53'9") to finish sixth, seventh and eighth amongst collegiates in the weight throw.
• Gavin Frick (4:18.00), Mekhi Williams (4:18.41) and Koi Williams (4:23.38) finished sixth, seventh and 10^th respectively in the mile.

 
Women's Top Performances

• Jada Smith cleared 3.66m (12'0) and Chloe Tilton got over the bar at 3.36m (11'0.25") to finish third and fifth in the pole vault.
• Kali Terza landed a toss of 18.16m (59'7") and Javon Joyner added a mark of 17.93m (58'10") to secure second and third amongst collegiates in the weight throw.
• Natalie Cummings (5:07.13), Anna James (5:07.94) and Ciara Miles (5.08.40) took home fifth, sixth and seventh in the mile.
