Match Preview
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team open its 2022 season with two road matches this weekend. The Owls will play at Wofford on Friday, Jan.14 and at Presbyterian on Saturday, Jan. 15. First serve is set for 3 p.m. on Friday and 2 p.m. on Saturday.Â
Kennesaw State finished 7-12 in 2021. KSU did reach the semifinals of the ASUN Conference tournament before falling to Liberty.

The Owls return seven players from last year's squad and welcome three newcomers to the roster.
Scouting Wofford
Wofford was 7-10 and 2-5 in the Southern Conference last season. The Terriers return just five players from a season ago. Wofford's top returning player in singles is Will Fullet. Fullett was second on the Terriers with nine victories last season.

Scouting Presbyterian
The Blue Hose went 11-7 in 2021. They captured the Big South Conference Tournament title last season. PC fell 4-0 to North Carolina in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. Nicholas McKinney was 13-1 in singles action in 2021.

The Series
KSU and Wofford will meet for the fourth time on Friday. The Owls lead the series 2-1.
Kennesaw State and Presbyterian are playing for the 11
th time on Saturday. PC leads the series 6-4.
The Last Time Out
The Owls fell 4-1 in the ASUN Semifinals to No.48 Liberty at the UNF Tennis Complex Friday, April 23. The loss concluded the Owls 2021 season.
Next Up
The Owls will head to Greensboro, N.C. to face UNC Greensboro at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 20. Â
