Men's Golf Schedule

KENNESAW, Ga. – Head coach Bryant Odom announced the 2021-22 Kennesaw State men's golf schedule on Wednesday.
 
"We greatly anticipate this fall's schedule since we were not able to compete in the fall of 2020," Odom said. "The first two events are new for us and should provide a test with the venues and tournament fields. The Scenic City Intercollegiate plays out at the Honors Course and will be an NCAA Regional-strength field.  Hosting the Pinetree Intercollegiate in mid-October allows us to showcase our home course and compete in front of our local supporters."
 
The fall season starts at the Golfweek Fall Challenge hosted by Golfweek at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, S.C. Sept. 12-14.
 
The Owls will play in the Scenic City Collegiate (Chattanooga) September 23-24 in Ooltewah, Tenn. and the J.T. Poston Invitational (Western Carolina) in Sapphire, N.C. September 20-21.
 
KSU will host the Pinetree Intercollegiate for the eighth time at nearby Pinetree Country Club Oct. 18 and 19 before closing out the fall portion of the schedule at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational hosted by South Alabama on Oct. 30-31.
  
The spring schedule commences Feb. 28 – March 1 at the Coral Creek Club Intercollegiate hosted by FGCU. The Owls then travel to the Tiger Invitational hosted by Auburn on March 6-8.

KSU will tri-host the Linger Longer Invitational with Mercer and UGA at the Great Waters Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee March 20-22.

KSU opens April at the Mason Rudolph Championship on April 1-3 that will be hosted by Vanderbilt at the Legends Club in Franklin, Tenn. The Owls close out the regular season at the Wofford Invite on April 11-12 in Spartanburg, S.C.

"In the spring, we pick up three events that we have never attended and highlight the season by co-hosting the Linger Longer Invitational at Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee, offering us a chance to compete with six Power 5 teams," Odom added. "The ASUN Championship is back at UGA golf course where we gained valuable experience last year and look to finish out the season with the program's fourth conference championship." 

The ASUN Conference Championship returns to the UGA Golf Course in Athens, Ga., and is slated for April 24-26.
 
The NCAA Regionals are scheduled for May 16-18 with Texas A&M, FAU, Yale, Pacific, Alabama and Ohio State serving as hosts. Arizona State will be the host institution for the NCAA Championships slated for May 27- June 1 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Tempe, Ariz.
