EUGENE, Ore. – Sarah Hendrick, Kord Ferguson and Haley Teel competed on day five of the U.S. Olympic Trials at Hayward Field on Thursday.
 
Hendrick finished 34^th in the first round of the 800m in a time of 2:04.59. She closed her tremendous season earning NCAA and USATFCCCA First Team All-America honors at both NCAA Championships. She won four gold medals at the ASUN Championships and was victorious in the 800m at the prestigious Drake Relays.
 
"This has been a tremendous year for Sarah," Assistant Coach Adam Bray said. "With everything she has had to deal with over the past year she was able to accomplish so much. I am extremely proud of her and am excited to continue to work with her in the future. It has been a long year with a lot of great performances. Now it is time for a break and then turning our attention to cross country in the fall."
 
Ferguson took home 14th place with a mark of 59.05m (193'8") in the men's discus.

Teel finished13th in the qualifying round of the shot put with a mark of 17.27m (56'8").
 
Paris Williams will compete in the first round of the 110m hurdles on Friday, June 25 at 5:33 p.m. ET. The race will be shown live on NBC Sports Network.
