EUGENE, Ore. – Sarah Hendrick,
Kord Ferguson and
Haley Teel competed on day five of the U.S. Olympic Trials at Hayward Field on Thursday.

Hendrick finished 34
th in the first round of the 800m in a time of 2:04.59. She closed her tremendous season earning NCAA and USATFCCCA First Team All-America honors at both NCAA Championships. She won four gold medals at the ASUN Championships and was victorious in the 800m at the prestigious Drake Relays.

"This has been a tremendous year for Sarah," Assistant Coach
Adam Bray said. "With everything she has had to deal with over the past year she was able to accomplish so much. I am extremely proud of her and am excited to continue to work with her in the future. It has been a long year with a lot of great performances. Now it is time for a break and then turning our attention to cross country in the fall."

Ferguson took home 14th place with a mark of 59.05m (193'8") in the men's discus.
Teel finished13th in the qualifying round of the shot put with a mark of 17.27m (56'8").

Paris Williams will compete in the first round of the 110m hurdles on Friday, June 25 at 5:33 p.m. ET. The race will be shown live on NBC Sports Network.Â
