The Kennesaw State men's tennis team continues ASUN Conference Championship play with a semifinals match up against Liberty on Friday, April 23 at 9 a.m. at the UNF Tennis Complex in Jacksonville, Fla.
KSU will be looking to reach the finals for the first time in program history.

The Flames are 18-7 on the season having won all of their six of their conference matches. Liberty is ranked 48
th in this week's Oracle ITA Division I Men's Team Rankings.

This will be the third meeting between the two programs. Liberty leads the series 2-0.
The Last Time Out
The Kennesaw State men's tennis team advanced to the ASUN Conference semifinals with a 4-3 over Stetson on Saturday at the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.

The Owls won the doubles point and three singles matches to clinch the win.

Sebastian Osorio over Sven Thiergard and Fabian Penzkofer on court three. Stetson would answer back with a win on court one. The Owls clinched the point whenÂ

Raul Garcia defeated Linus Bergevi and Alexandre Hillhouse 6-4 on court two.

Sebatian Osorio extended the Owls lead to 2-0 with a 6-0, 6-3 win over Antoine Sanchez on court two. The Hatters tied the match with wins on courts one and six.Â
Sergio Ingles beat Clement Hamel 6-3, 6-4 and pushed the Owls back in front 3-2. Stetson would get a three-set win on court four to even the match.Â
Harvey Conway lost his opening set but rallied to win his final two to send the Owls to the semifinals with a 5-7, 6-4, 7-6 win over Fabian Penzkoffer on court five.
Next Up
A win over Liberty, KSU will advance to the ASUN Championship Finals on Saturday, April 24 in Jacksonville, Florida at 10 a.m. at the UNF Tennis Complex.
