VALDOSTA, Ga.
 – The No. 69 Kennesaw State women's golf team dominated the field at the 2021 ASUN Championship, capturing three consecutive conference titles Tuesday at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club.

The win marked the program's fifth conference championship overall and an automatic bid to the NCAA Women's Golf Championships. KSU secured three consecutive titles for the first time in program history.

"We did it! We have put in so much effort all semester. We were close to winning the last three tournaments and stayed resilient even though we came up short the last month," interim head coach Eric Hodgson said. "This championship was the long culmination of patience, positivity and perseverance."

KSU recorded an 8-under par total of 250 to finish the tournament with a program-low after 54 holes at 12-under par 852. KSU finished 30 shots clear of second-place No. 43 North Florida. Anudit shattered the ASUN 54-hole (par 72) scoring record by five strokes and the KSU 54-hole (par 72) scoring record by six strokes. The senior is the sixth Owl to win the ASUN Championship and ninth Owl to win a tournament. She rolled in five birdies and 11 pars during the final round. Anudit led the tournament in par-3 scoring, par-4 scoring, par-5 scoring and birdies with 16 total.

"Tai played her best golf of the semester and is so deserving of the win," Hodgson said. "Lara's game rounded into form perfectly for this tournament and helped us so much. Everyone was a crucial part of this win and I am just so thankful to be a part of this great team. Go Owls!"

Alizee Vidal took home third place after a 1-under par 71 in the final round. Vidal carded three birdies and 13 pars on Tuesday. She finished the tournament at 2-over par 218. Her 41 total pars for the tournament were second most in the field.
