KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State men's tennis fell 4-2 to Stetson on Sunday on the Betty Siegel Courts.
 
"Congrats to Stetson on the win," Director of Tennis Matt Emery said. "They played a good match and closed well."
 
The Hatters won the doubles point and three singles matches to clinch the win.
 
The Owls got a 6-2 win from Sebastian Osorio and Kevin Patel over Clement Hamel and Alexandre Hillhouse on court three in doubles. Stetson would win on courts one and two to take the point.
 
Raul Garcia tied the match 1-1 defeating Antoine Sanchez 6-3, 6-2 on court two. The Hatters pushed the lead to 3-1 with a pair of victories on courts one and four. Sergio Ingles needed three sets to take down Clement Hamel 6-4, 3-6, 6-1 and cut the lead to 3-2. Stetson would clinch the match with a victory on court five.
 
The Owls will compete in the ASUN Quarterfinals on Saturday, April 17 with an opponent, location and time still to be determined.
