Healy and Keran Lead Owls After 36 Holes at Linger Longer Invitational

EATONTON, Ga. –
The Kennesaw State men's golf team is in 11th place after the second round of the Linger Longer Invitational at Great Waters Golf Club at Lake Oconee on Saturday.
 
KSU posted an 8-over par 296 in the second round and sits a 15-over par 591. Charlotte leads the field of 16 at 14-under par 562.
 
Brady Keran and Brock Healy lead the Owls through 36 holes at 3-over par 147 and are tied for 36th . Healy carded the Owls low round of the day at even-par 72. Healy closed his round with a pair of birdies while Keran birdied three of his final seven holes.
 
Luke Phillips and Preston Topper are tied for 50th at 5-over par 149. Phillips and Topper both posted rounds of 4-over par 76 on Saturday.
 
Takafumi Shimoji shot a 3-over 75 and is tied for 68th at 10-over par 154.
 
Playing as an individual this weekend, Conner Rostowsky is tied for 74th at 14-over par 158.
 
KSU will tee off in the final round of the Linger Longer Invitational at 9:11 a.m. on Sunday, March 14.
