Hendrick Championship Notes
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Sarah Hendrick ran a time of 2:04.69 to finish eighth in the prelims of the 800m at the NCAA Indoor Championships on Friday. That time advances her to Saturday evening's final.
"Sarah did a great job of staying composed throughout tonight's race," assistant coach
Adam Bray said. "It was a rough race with everyone trying to gain the correct positioning but she handled the pressure accordingly. She has nothing left now except to go race and beat as many competitors tomorrow as she can."
Hendrick will race in the 800m final on Saturday, March 13 at 7:40 p.m. EST.
