LIPSCOMB SCOUTING REPORT
The Bisons are 9-8 overall on the 2021 season. Amy Vetula leads the charge for Lipscomb hitting .389, scoring 14 runs on 21 hits and collecting 11 RBIs, one double and one triple. Breana Burke leads the Bisons' pitching staff with a 6-2 record and a 2.23 ERA, giving up 25 runs on 54 hits while striking out 46.
SERIES VERSUS LIPSCOMB
The three-game series between the Owls and the Bisons marks the 36th matchup between the two programs. Lipscomb leads the series 19-16. KSU lost all three games to the Bisons in April 2019 in Nashville, Tenn.
ASUN Preseason Poll
The Owls were voted second overall in the ASUN preseason poll by the conference's coaches, receiving 67 total points.
