EATONTON, Ga.
 - The Kennesaw State women's golf team climbed up two places after round two of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational on Saturday.

"Our goal today was to put ourselves in position to win tomorrow and we certainly did that," interim head coach Eric Hodgson said. "We tied for the lowest team round of the day and this is because we were disciplined with our approach shots and fought until the end."

The Owls are in second place after round two. KSU posted a 14-over par 302 and is led by Tai Anudit. Anudit is tied for second at 1-over par 145. She carded three birdies and 12 pars in route to an even-par 72 in round two.

KSU leads the field with one eagle and 20 birdies after 36 holes.

Alizee Vidal is tied for 15th at 8-over par 152 after she recorded a 2-over 74 in round two. Vidal carded two birdies and 13 pars on the day.

Tori Owens posted a 9-over par 81 and is tied for 25th at 10-over par 154.

Bella Kil carded a 3-over par 75 and is tied for 28th at 11-over par 155 and Lara Jecnik is tied for 64th at 18-over par 162.

Playing as an individual, Meva Schmit is tied for 59th place at 17-over 161 after she fired a 4-over par 76.

"We will need to stay focused and determined on Sunday to bring home the hardware," Hodgson said. "If we can get everyone in position for a counting score then we should contend for the win!"

Teams will begin the final round of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational on Sunday, Feb. 21.
